Coastal Systems Development, Inc. is the Development Manager for a resort and residential development on 600 acres of virgin oceanfront land in northeastern Saint Lucia, BWI.

The Louvet Beach Resort and Marina Development is planned to include a five-star beachfront resort and spa facility with over 500 combined keys, an 18-hole championship 7,000+ yard golf course, a marina featuring both wet slips and dry storage, community amenities (beach club, medical facility, and other amenities), a casino, and 256 luxury single family home sites. The project centerpiece will be a 60-acre Harbour Village, which will be cut into the existing hillside and will be reminiscent of Old World villages located along the Mediterranean Riviera, but with a Caribbean style and vernacular. The village will evolve into a true destination on the east coast, with the level of activity there creating a vibrant core for the entire development and surrounding community.

Coastal Systems Development, Inc. created the vision for the project and has managed all aspects of a comprehensive pre-construction program, including design, engineering, and entitlements.

The Master Plan addresses building locations, size, form, character, image and environment. It also defines outdoor spaces that unify all functions of the project.
