Sagamore
Hotel, Florida
Coastal Systems International, Inc. provided civil engineering
services for the Sagamore Hotel project. These designs
included water and sewer plans that illustrated the size,
slopes, and details of the wastewater collection system,
location of
all water distribution points, and the location of fire
lines to service the proposed structures. The civil team
also prepared drawings to identify proposed paving, grading
and drainage extensions to the site. A pedestrian ramp
and dune restoration was provided for optimum beach access.
Construction administration services involved numerous
site visits throughout the construction period as well
as observation reports to summarize progress.
