Anse Estate, St. Lucia
Coastal Systems International, Inc. conducted an EIA (Environmental
Impact Assessment) of the Grande Anse Estate in St. Lucia.
The EIA was used to address permitting, monitoring, and
design elements of the proposed resort/residential development.
Physical processes,
ecological resources, cultural resources, and socio-economic
conditions were investigated by a Coastal Systems’
field team. Field results and other background data were
analyzed by marine biologists and engineers to describe
existing environmental conditions, assess project impacts,
and design resource monitoring plans.
