Storm Impact Evaluations Coastal Systems International, Inc. has hydrographic and shoreline survey teams on call prior to and immediately following major storm events in order to document pre- and post-storm conditions. Our surveyors have employed a combination of RTK, GPS and EDM data collection equipment to efficiently map large coastlines of local communities in order to document volumetric sand losses associated with hurricanes. Having coastal engineers and surveyors in-house allows for unparalleled turn around times when responding to deadlines mandated by federal agencies following major storms. Our storm response teams have traveled throughout Florida and the Caribbean following major storms.
